Mars singleton in the 12th house?

suppose my Mars sitting in the 12th house, I tend to hide my intensity. I am afraid of my Mars placement as it forms a rather ugly square with my Pluto, which I've read is also a violent aspect. Yikes. Pluto being in the house of communications suggests to me a more likely scenario of verbal abuse. If you are afraid of your internal intensity, perhaps doing something physical like sports or martial arts??

Can anyone tell me something positive about Mars singletons, if any? I will admit that I get easily annoyed and irritated, but it's pretty hard to get me mad. I guess I don't let myself get really mad because of this aspect. I have had a friend tell me that everytime I get mad, I should engaged in rough sex, lol. Which seems like a good idea. XD
