Was the chart created after the answer was known by the asker? Very late ascendant.

No, they didn’t know the answer yet. They cast the chart before even asking the guy.

Im saying NO.

Venus is chasing saturn, moon tries to help out with a TOL from venus to saturn but saturn rejects it.

I believe the chart can still be read, regardless of how early or late it is.

Id say it just means that the querent is asking out of despair, or the querent has already asked the question (maybe several times) and has already received an answer.....whether they want to admit this or not.

It can also i suppose signify a change.

So the answer is...both??

They spent Valentine’s Day together, but, they didn’t actually go out per se. They opted to spend it indoors.
