According to the indictment

".....the defendants saw George Floyd lying on the ground
in clear need of medical care

A Minnesota Judge is finding aggravating factors

Harrison Ford in The Fugitive is Chauvin's Ticket to a Mistrial
The Fugitive with Harrison Ford is based off a real case

Sheppard v. Maxwell
in which Dr. Samuel Sheppard was accused of murdering his wife.
The media whipped the populace into a bloodthirsty frenzy
and pressured public officials to charge and convict Sheppard.
Derek Chauvin has been convicted for murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
While the cases are vastly different and almost 70 years apart
the Media's influence is similar.

Chauvin's Legal team will call the media's actions into question
while asking for a mistrial.

Harrison Ford was in the remake of The Fuggitive, who originally was played by David Janson.
What's the connection with the Chauvin case?

Then you must be opposed to it, David!!!

No, I always gave him credit for what I believed he did right. There just wasn't a whole lot of that going on, especially concerning the Environment, both physically and emotionally.

Once again, your TDS is causing you to make things up. President Trump has made NO statement about the verdict.

But as the 'leader' of the KKK & the worst racist that ever lived according to the fake news...how does your statement even make sense?:wink::wink:

Wouldn't the white supremacist Trump & his 'deplorable' racist supporters be AGAINST the verdict?:innocent::innocent::innocent:

Please stop making EVERYTHING about Trump. Try to focus more.

BUT what has happened is that the trial of the 'killer cops' has now been postponed to March 2022. Due to the NEGATIVE publicity.

This trial should NEVER have taken place at this time. Chauvin will win on appeal, no matter how long it takes to wind its way to SCOTUS.
EVERY defense lawyer not too afraid to speak out have stated that Chauvin did NOT receive a fair trial.

In the end, after the threat of the violent mobs has gone & the lying media diminished, everyone will realize that the Derek Chauvin trial was nothing more that a 'movie' played in prime time & nothing about it concerned the LAW or the legal process.

In the end, Chauvin will be released after being charged with a manslaughter charge which is what it was. Time served. It was a tragic event but Chauvin was never the 'racist, murdering cop' the fake news & woke Lunatic left made him out to be.
Let's pray he doesn't get murdered in prison before Justice is finally done.

MINNEAPOLIS -- The trial of three former Minneapolis police officers charged with aiding and abetting in the death of George Floyd will be pushed back to March 2022, in part to allow the publicity over Derek Chauvin's conviction to cool off, a judge ruled Thursday.

The three former officers—Tou Thao, J. Alexander Kueng and Thomas Lane—were originally set to stand trial together on charges of aiding and abetting in August of this year.

Cahill also said he was changing the date to drive more separation from Chauvin’s trial due to the high level of media attention it attracted.

There are also very serious charges levied against the prosecution in the Chauvin trial. Who knows if there will be charges against THEM in the future..:whistling::whistling::whistling:

Attorneys for Thao filed a motion late Wednesday claiming the medical examiner who wrote Floyd’s autopsy, Dr. Andrew Baker of the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office, was coerced into including “neck compression” as part of his cause of death—asking Cahill to dismiss the charges against his client.

The court also heard claims from the lawyers accusing the state of leaking to the media that Chauvin was ready to plead guilty to third-degree murder last year, asking the prosecuting attorneys to submit affidavits under oath that they didn’t send information to The New York Times and The Associated Press.

"George is happy."-DJT

Who ISN'T happy that George Floyd's killer was found guilty?

If DJT wasn't happy about it, he would have said so.

Will there be a retrial of Derek Chauvin because of one of the jurors showed a bias and attended a BLM protest a year ago that was unknown before the trial?

Smith was the paramedic who checked George Floyd's pulse and pupils
while he laid underneath the officers on that May evening.

".....I was trying to give him a second chance at life..."

paramedic testifies
"...In lay terms, I thought he was dead..." Hennepin County EMS paramedic
Derek Smith said Thursday afternoon.
Smith said he told his partner, paramedic Seth Bravinder
that he thought Floyd was dead
Smith repeatedly said Floyd was dead.
At one point, when asked
why Smith kept checking to see if he could administer a shock to Floyd's heart
he said

"....as a human being, I was trying to give him a second chance at life....."

A Hennepin County EMS paramedic, Seth Bravinder
was the one who drove the ambulance to

and
from

the scene on May 25, 2020.
It was as part of Bravinder's testimony
that jurors saw a series of of photos
of George Floyd's lifeless body inside the ambulance.

Bravinder said that when he pulled up in the ambulance

"...I assumed that there was potentially some struggle still

because they were still on top of him...."

Bravinder's colleague
was the one who checked Floyd's pulse and pupils
but Bravinder said from his vantage point
outside the back of the ambulance
he didn't see any movement or breathing coming from Floyd.

Paramedics worked feverishly
to revive George Floyd inside an ambulance
after his deadly encounter with Minneapolis police
but said the 46-year-old never regained consciousness.

Derek Smith and Seth Bravinder testified
at the murder trial of ex-cop Derek Chauvin in Floyd’s death
that police still had the 46-year-old victim pinned down when they arrived
at East 38th Street and Chicago Avenue on May 25.

“....When I arrived on scene
there were no medical services being provided to the patient...”
Smith testified in Hennepin County District Court.
“...I suspected this patient could be dead....
In a living person there should be a pulse there
I suspected this person to be dead, in lay terms...”

The paramedics said they loaded Floyd into the ambulance
and drove several blocks away
to provide “...time-sensitive...” intubation and medication
with one of the cops – Lane - helping by performing chest compressions.

New bodycam footage from the scene shows the paramedics
with Chauvin’s help loading a limp Floyd into the ambulance
with another cop, Thomas Lane
where they begin attempts to resuscitate him.

Floyd appears lifeless in all of the images and videos.
Floyd never regained a pulse

even after firefighters arrived and helped to try to revive him.
His condition did not improve by the time they arrived at
Hennepin County Medical Center, both men testified.
Viral video of the incident
shows the paramedics initially check for Floyd’s pulse
when they arrived at the scene with Chauvin still with his knee on Floyd’s neck.
Bravinder said he had to get the cop to remove it.

“...There was a gesture made with your hand...”
Assistant Attorney General Erin Eldridge asked him
“...What were you attempting to do at that point in time....?”

“...Just to have the officer move...” Bravinder said.

You asked and we answered!
I viewer asked us

"...As a lay person
I don’t understand how Chauvin keeps getting charged with multiple charges
for the same crime.

Like if I were to assault someone
why don’t I get charged with a federal civil rights crime violating someone’s rights?
Doesn’t committing a crime to imply I’ve violated someone’s rights....?"

and what that means for Derek Chauvin.
