I am enrolling in a course at the university and I applied for the public scholarship. The thing is even though I could get it, I still need to pay high taxes to enter the university. I am casting this chart in order to know if I would get the grant, to see if it's convenient for me to pay those taxes that I can't afford right now.
I don't know if I should use L9 or L10. It is government money so I understand it's L10. I don't know if L9 would signify the university then. There is a separating trine between L1 and L10, maybe that could mean that I already applied for the scholarship? Moon receives L10 but I don't see much more. Any help appreciated! Thanks
