Is unaspected planet in the horoscope a bane or boon?

I take the example of a case study of a highly successful woman with moon in 6th unaspected with Libra rising. Born on 25th Dec 1960 at 2.25 am at Ravulapalem, Andhra Pradesh, India. 10th lord moon in 6th unaspected gave her a very distant connection with everyone in profession and she held the top slot ruthlessly and detachedly to every task and got tremendous success in negotiations in times of strife both with bosses and subordinates alike. She fought with cancer alone and survived. The emotional detachment saved her from all heart-rending and still being pieces moon contented with all vagaries ups and downs.
