A lot of planets in 12 house, help

Hey! IF you please give me some information what does my planets in 12 house actually means? I have read a lot of bad things about it so i am a little worried. I have Sun in Aquarius (end of 11), Moon in Aquarius, Mercury and Mars in Pisces and Uranus in Aquarius (end of 11) in there. (If it matters i'm a Pisces rising) Thank you :)
