I have had my share of unedifying experiences with alhoholics too. Luckily the abuse was only verbal, but also watching a bright, talented person slowly destroy themselves over the years.......but that is maybe not the same as talking about an average crowd of people going on on the town and using alcohol to let their hair down and unwind. They might be on the slippery slope already according to AA - but there are a good many cultures where drinking play a huge role on socialising.
And the feelings of expansion and well-being surely come down to enjoying Jupiter as much as Neptune feelings, no? In many countries, in case putting on the Saturn breaks on it before it becomes excessive is done, this is imposed from without with 'last orders' - or maybe not?
I believe there was one marvellous sage who got people drinking large numbers of toast because he believed people showed their 'essence' after having a few.

but really that's why i don't drink i can't control myself and become a savage. It's like my ambition and greed comes out and i think i deserve everything. If i didn't get it then i'd get violent

yeah its hard to do.. cause i'm more willful and i work harder when i'm angry. I read in this book that the young ones with the most anger become the best leaders if they can direct their energy properly. The native indians believed that
i do understand why someone would embrace it.. When i'm angry morality didn't exist so i wouldn't think of anyone's feelings (well i don't do that to begin with) its easy to think its okay when you're hurt or angry. It's like your pain justifies all the harm and evil you do
i was a gentle and nice kid growing up but i watched this michael jordan documentary and he was always angry.. i embraced my anger and i did supernatural things that i couldn't do with my normal personality. Even today i don't know if i should let my anger should push me or just be gentle.

Lol people around me say I am naturally almost too kind hearted but I can definitely get super pissed, especially if I see something I perceive as injustice or someone taking advantage of somebody else. Then I can get pretty mean. I think I grow up with too many libras. I mean as a kid I was sent to anger management, I was way too possessive of my stuff and if anyone else touched it I would like break rage sweets lol and spazz. I was silly... I was never like that over money or anything mainly over actual space.yeah its hard to do.. cause i'm more willful and i work harder when i'm angry. Interesting Poyi, so it breaks it down to then reveal the full chart? Is it then broken down by the neptunium quality of that individual person like their Neptune sign and aspects?

My thinking is that the outer planets, such as Neptune are the energy of the unconsciousness self which is more in a higher form and usually used in talking about large collective matters as well as generational things in predictive astrology for example. Neptune dissolves all boundaries, it can be some poisonous matters as well as transcendence the two extremeness of the two Fishes one reason why modernist mostly think Neptune ruling Pisces due to the similarity in expression when positive & negative or the In Between as such the religious/romantic energy that can also be deceptive, the confusion and rosy deception.

Hmmm that is pretty cool
This may be a silly question but do you think then, that there is a generational similarity to how people react to certain substances? We do know that there is one in a social context (such as places, times to do it like parties, what kind of substance is avilable ect.) but how about a physiological one?

There are a few posts related to Neptune and how addiction do run in the family as generational patterns. And in fact, I have seen actual manifestation of patterns on how family matter react to medication in similar function. For example if you have family matter allergic to morphine it is very likely you can also be the same and some react to anti psychic like the way their grandparents react to anti psychic and surely a lot of time not 100% mental health issues do run in the family, so as family history with Cancer etc.

Yes good point, I react totally different than my brother to ever substance including drinking though also our charts are very different. Also there was a lot of psychopaths in our past generation and I think my bro, a few cousins(some are pretty evil) and I are super kind. So I guess it depends on a lot of things, as people mentioned even mental illness can cause and affect substance abuse or your up bringing can, which can, in my opinion, be a huge part of certain mental illnesses.

The natal chart, in my opinion can indicate what you had inherited from your ancestors. When similar pattern repeating itself that may worth looking of genetic influences. Just like genetic, it doesn't always apply to you but someone else in the family may inherit such patterns. It runs in the family in the gene pool and very much a natural random selection or maybe not so random selection.

Excellent article. I think this part of genetic inheritance can explain partial destiny as it influenced our personality therefore decision making in a certain level. As well as the destiny of certain genetically related cancer and disease as such heart disease, dementia, diabetes, Parkinson many more etc.
