answering more than yes or no,possible? your opinions?

what is your opinion about horary questions? is it only possible to answer yes or no to a yes or no question? or is it possible to know more about the circumstances of the question from the chart?

if you think it is possible, please give an example from a chart on the forum or from one of your charts.

if you don't find, you can use this chart:

It would be easier to answer this question if you gave us a list of hypothetical questions and we could discuss how they could be asked and answered.

It's kind of a yes and no question. Forgive the pun.

as in the thread above, the question "has he ever had sex with M?",the querent said they met a few times.

can the answer only be yes or no? or can you know the circumstances of their meetings and OR if they wanted to have sex but didn't?

Re: answering more than yes or no,possible? your opinions?

A horary analysis can be taken as far and as deeply into the matter of the subject of the question as the delineator wants to go. For example, the chart can be turned to make the primary quesited significator the first house: then the 2nd house could be read as relating to money or finances or personal possessions of the quesited RELATIVE OR IMPACTING THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE QUESTION, the 3rd house could be read as, say, short trips of the primary quesited as these relate to the subject matter of the question, and so on, right around the 12 houses; and the same could be done using the querent's significator as first house of a turned chart. So one COULD go as deeply into all of the ramifications of all departments of life RELATIVE TO THE SUBJECT OF THE QUESTION, for EACH significator (querent and primary quesited) as is desired.

In practice, however, usually in yes/no questions, that is pretty much only what the querent usually wants; or, a bit more explanation to show why the answer is yes or no; and, on internet sites with free horary delineation like AW, for the delineator to go into a full horary analysis (as outlined above), the time involved usually makes cuh full delineation impractical. But the difference between horary and astro-divination is just this: astro-divination (like the Magic 8 Ball) just gives yes/no (or maybe), whereas all forms of horary (traditional, "Ankara", Vedic prasna, etc) are CAPABLE of giving much detail as to the why and wherefore of the answer, IF one wishes to go deeply into delineation of the factors making up the horary answer to the question.

could you make an example with the chart "has he ever had sex with M?"
