Will they try to give me an retention offer to me?

Hi everyone

I need your help to interpret the chart

I told my firm I want to resign to go back school instead of staying in my current job / team, which I m very unhappy with. They said that they need some tine to start the arrangement and will come back to me with an answer

I m fully prepared to resign and leave but I m wondering if they may come back with something to retain me. Hence I cast the chart. Please kindly help me to interpret so I can plan my next step

I trying to read the chart but can’t seem to figure out a clue.
-the degreee is 27 Virgo
-But doesn’t see any strong supporting evidence that help me

so I suspect the answer is it is too late and they won’t retain me but will let me go.

What do you think?

Re: Will they try to give me an retention offer to me?

The VOC moon suggests your situation is not likely to change: however you want to take that.Usually the late degree rising suggests that the matter inquired about has already been decided and known. However, it can also mean that the situation is likely to change (with the ascendant about to change signs.) All-in-all, I wonder if the chart is for the correct time, is one you've already asked recently, or is really asking the right question. These are all things that can muddy the waters.

Re: Will they try to give me an retention offer to me?

Thanks. I thought about the question for a while, but didn’t get chart to cast the chart till later

When you said not likely to change meaning....I will not leave my company or I continue the route of going to school?

Thanks

I would say not leaving the company. But you have a better sense of your present situation than I do. Have you given them written notice? Sent in your application yet for continuing your education?
