She asked this question. As she is at 5th and Moon is at 7th I think there is a chance? Moon will also trine 7th ruler Jupiter after some time. But 5th ruler is Saturn and there is aspect to 8th ruler so maybe miscarriage or?

Perhaps. Mercury, your friend, is combust here and will change signs in about 3 degrees into a fertile sign. Change of sign suggests change of circumstances, whatever that might mean. So perhaps she needs to wait a few years for the right time.
