Anthony Louis is comprehensive, although much of what he presents (like all other contemporary traditionalist horary authorities) is taken from Lilly; but Lilly took his indications from earlier authorities (he gives a long list of these in his "Christian Astrology") such as Bonatti and the Arabic/Persian/Jewish developers of Western horary, prior to the 13th century...
