I asked who my stalker is and what he wants from me.

I've been dealing with someone sneaking around my house and strange phone calls. I've been dealing with this off and on for awhile so I drew up a horary chart asking about it. I'm not good with horary at all and I need some help with looking into this please. This person has managed to stay under the radar which keeps me from being able to do anything about it. I have changed my number a few times already. Just the other night I discovered someone out in my bushes and the person ran off before I could get a good look. It's worrying me. Please help.
