Ok lets see:
-Your friend is Venus and the quested is Mars, so...
-Venus and Mars are not in aspect- thats not positive
-Mars trine the Moon which I consider not well placed in the 1st and in Scorpio- So I will take it like neutral
-Mars in the 5th; he is not seeing her for "long term" by the current time.
-Mars conjuncts Sun, and Mercury, so I will say he has some other priorities than involving emotionally with someone.
So I will say he only "likes her" by this time.
