Will I get into a relationship?

So here is the question. This is what I think of the chart:
-jupiter in 7th points to an yes...
-mercury in 8th shows likely an no
-moon is weak in cap
-mercury doesn't aspect jupiter -> no
-moon doesn't aspect mercury -> no
-the ruler of 5th is strong, but unaspected

I think this is a no, but what do you guys think?

I think you`ll get into a r.ship when you decide to take action towards initiating one? The planets won`t start one FOR you ... Unless you`re actually asking if its a good time to start one.. ?

Horary is only good in general for a 3-6 month time period. Some astrologer see it in a longer sense but many do not.

So are you talking about this time period? And what are you doing to get into a relationship? And are you Male or Female?
