If light is the way the planets energies effect us, do items that block that light, thus shaping it differently, effect our charts?

That means all the space junk we've launched and left floating around, as well as the Hubble telescope, effect our charts.

Thankfully, the definition of an astrological planet isn't based on divination by light, but on large spherical objects created on the fourth day that also fill a certain mean size/distance ratio (not ten times less than the five planets easily visible to the naked eye).
