Be optimistic, things should go fine for you overall. Stick to the treatment and take this as astrology.

In your progressions, nothing is troubling your natal Moon in the sixth house. Progressed Moon has also long left its square to natal Moon behind itself, which is good.

Your transits show that Neptune has long passed over your natal Moon, too, and will not touch it again anymore. Pluto is currently exactly trining your Asc, which might be the trigger to the cleansing process. Natal Asc is unaffected otherwise. Uranus and Saturn seem to be quiet, too, and transit Saturn will not qualify anymore for a conjunction to natal Pluto, as it goes direct in a month, and will slow down further in its backward motion and won't make its one degree conjunction orb anymore.
