after he was arrested for drink driving last month
where authorities confirmed he had a blood alcohol content level of 0.82 per cent.
Allegedly, they didn’t breathalyze him at the scene
and waited several hours to do a blood test.
0.82 that's over TEN TIMES the limit.
He had enough drinks to get a entire baseball team legally drunk.
And he's only looking at a misdemeanor? What an outrage.


There is no way a Sheriff leaves the scene of an accident
- especially when the damages to both vehicles are severe and there is injury.
He would stay and assist the injured, secure the scene
and wait for the jurisdictional department to arrive. And that’s just for starters
they made sure it was all fixed, before charging him.

This was CLEARLY an attempted cover up by the county
DA that met with too much public resistance.

Paul is a killer. He killed his brother in a car accident when he was a teenager
he also flipped over the family car with Nancy and all their kids in it.
Nancy of course got out of the flipped over car, and hitched a ride into town

He was never charged for the accident that he killed his brother in,
why would anyone think he's really going to be charged for a DUI
remember the basic fact:

the accident was so serious that both Pigliosi's car and the other car involved were totalled
while the fire department were involved
all government and law enforcement agencies involved have mysteriously refused to talk about this
(including the California Highway Patrol, the local police, the fire department
the District Attorney's office and the county government

they've all cited the need to '...protect...' Pigliosi's privacy
plus claiming it would '...jeopardize...' the investigation as stated in this video
although it's unclear what could they possibly be '...investigating...'
this was a cut-and-dried case of a rich guy driving drunk with the girl he was banging at the time

a local sheriff was the first to arrive at the scene but no one has identified him yet for some reason
and it's weird to think that a sheriff would be handling DUIs or car crashes
especially because the accident didn't happen in this sheriff's jurisdiction
(but the sheriff also claimed he just happened to be driving there by accident
in a deserted road far from his home at 3 AM
and even if he did, this still doesn't explain why would he not stay at least until other officers arrived)

Pigliosi has a record of previous car crashes and DUIs
including one in which he killed his own brother
there was a mysterious unidentified passenger in Pigliosi's car
supposedly his mistress or a hooker
which is revealing considering he was drunk and it happened during the early morning hours
while Nasty was on the other side of the country
and also, he has an extensive history of cheating on Nasty

FOIA requests had to be filled to get the DA's office to just release the mugshot
Nasty Pigliosi has already hired a PR firm to handle the spin
and disaster management campaigns who lied claiming no mugshot existed
and also fed The New York Times a cover story which they dutifully printed
although it was buried in page 26 and, BTW, this story nonsensically
claimed that Pigliosi had cataract surgery which caused the accident
as if driving while drunk had nothing to do with it
and the article also wandered into praise of Pigliosi's '...fashion style...'
and mentioned how '...popular...' he was among the local society
