Is this a bad Hora chart ?

Is this a bad hora chart? The 2nd house lord is mars and that is in the 12th house which I heard means you will go bankrupt or something. Is that true? Mars is in cancer so it’s debilitated so doesnt that make it worse?

In the hora chart like that you don't worry about normal "dignities". All planets are in either Sun or Moon hora. Do not consider Mars debilitated in it or that to be the 12th house.

Masculine planets do well in the Sun's hora. Feminine planets do well in the Moon's hora.

The degree of planet in rasi chart matters. Beginning of hora is better. Lunar hora of feminine sign is better etc.

Mars is better in Sun's hora than Moon's hora though.

Oh so what would happen that my 2nd house lord mars is in cancer instead of Leo ? It is conjuncting Jupiter, sun, and Venus if that changes things.
