When will friend's life improve?

He had foot surgery in March and is still going for physical therapy which means he can't exercise, so he's gained weight. He drinks more than usual which causes weight gain and insomnia. Unhappy with work situation though likes his job. These things create depression and anger so has no love life which makes him lonely. Poor guy is a mess! Any hope on the horizon?

I see that he has Ascedant in Pisces and Sun in Aries that are under the transit of heavy planets-Uranus and Neptune- both of them will bring unpredictable incident and events, and of course changes. Especially Neptune is transit the first house tightly- it is a period when the individual will need a time alone, he might become anti social and lonely. The usual energy he used to project will water down and he will relent to life situation and prefer the alone time. He had Uranus transit but it effects has lowered down. With Uranus transit, person will become more accident prone.

If I am not wrong, current Pluto Antiscia transit degree is conjunct his MC which might create crisis, transformation-good or bad in the house of career.

We need to wait until the neptune goes from that 10th degree of pisces and move along so he gets better. Jupiter transit 7th house will bring gifts in term of relationships.

Uranus will trine his MC in Sagittarius so would that mean a good change, not a bad change in career?

He is rather antisocial so with Jupiter transiting his 7th, which influence will be stronger -- being alone so driving away a woman, or overcoming his isolation and dating someone? A woman was interested but he wasn't very kind and said he was too used to being alone, so she stopped dating him.

Neptune won't cross his ASC till March 2016. It is retro now. His foot hasn't healed properly since surgery in March. Is that the reason? He worries that he will always have trouble walking.
