should I change my job position?

I have some problems with my current job, there is going to be a big job restructure and I'm going to be sort of "demoted" soon and I don't know what to do... I'm thinking about changing job position within the company. Should I do it?


From the chart I see NO.


Me/Mars opposite job/Venus and Venus is in detriment.


What do you think?

You mars are slow/stationary/peregrine, this is like taking one step forward and three steps back, also to add to this you'll be going retrograde soon, in 11 days to be exact.
So i doubt very much, you will be going through with changing your job position.
