Is Starting a Business My Best Option?

Just want to give a quick update here. The plans for this landscaping project fell through. I think it was little too close to home, as in right next door ( it's a huge facility behind / next to our home ). There's a conflict between my family and this facilities gigantic dumpster that sits right on the other side of our yard / gate. It seem like they don't want be involved with me as a neighbor. Makes sense. At least I tried.
