Upcoming months at job

Hello everyone, I'd like to know how the things looks like at my current job in the following months. There's one colleague who left and I'll be doing her job too. Now another one told me she'll leave (not official yet, job hunting) and I have the feeling things will seriously become bad for me... I mean: small team, extra tasks. I'm also burdened by the fact that there's no advancement/ better salary opportunities here and people leaving the company for better paid jobs really make me worry about how am I going to continue working here. Please tell me what do you see...

My little knowledge on horary gives this chart a very negative interpretation: Me/ Mercury conjunct Sun in the 8 house worries me a lot!

job is 6th house - ruler is mars, it squared you. moon is in your sign, gemini, and will sextile (good for you aspect) mars, work in 2 units (future events).

So i'd say that while things are tough at work, you will handle it.

why don't you try to use this experience as leverage to raise your pay.
