Hi Guys,
Just wondering what house to use here... My sister applied for a permanent residency (PR) in another country, so to look at if she will get PR what house do I use (or which planet represents PR and legal documents... is it Jupiter)? She is hoping to get a positive response and will immedaitely relocate to the new country...
She is the querent, so do I use 7th house for new home, or as it is totally new country do I use 9th house for going abroad (and staying there permanently)?
I also wanted to ask which time to use? My sister as the querent asked the question when we were chatting on the computer, we live in different countries, should I use my local time or hers? Obviously the ascendant will change completely... thanks
