Exclamation Best atrology software? need advice!

Hello everyone. I was wondering if you guys could recommend me the best software (in your opinion) for astrology.

You see I started with astroworld, which is easy to use. Now I've been using solar fire.

The problem I have is that I compared some charts in my software, with some made in sites like astrodienst.com and similar, and I find that some charts give me different ascendant degrees

I suppose its posible that my version of solar fire is just old and with some bugs (ver 6.0 I think).

So, well, can anyone recommend me a good astrology software to use?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Best atrology software? need advice!

While I have a copy of Solar fire 7, quite honestly the only thing I use it for is Dark Moon Lilith.

For the past 15 years, I have used Haloran's AstrolDeluxe along with Astrodynes for Windows. It does almost everything I need except Dark Moon Lilith, and the accuracy is literally the best in the business. The learning curve is simply compared to Solar Fire, the price is 1/2 of solar fire, and Tertiary and minor progressed charts are the only ones that are even close to being accurate. Astroldeluxe is so accurate that, if there is a difference, it will be the others which are wrong, not Astroldeluxe.

In addition to all of this, when you talk to John Haloran your you are talking to the programmer. John will coach you through any issue you might have. Years ago he held my hand through a difficult installation using an old Mac and Vitural PC6. No one else would have ever done that.
