is strangely

Untrue allegations were made in the lawsuit.
An example of this was to allege
that people knew there were live rounds on set before the incident
or they could foresee that these live rounds would cause injury.

The Gutierrez-Reed lawsuit indicates that
live rounds were not allowed on set.

but there is no proof that Gutierrez-Reed brought
live rounds onto the set.

is one that is not about the content of the movie
but what happened on set that cost the loss of a person's life.

In this case, it was the life of a producer
and a director also got hurt in the misfire
that happened on set.

or obstructive nature of those involved
makes me wonder.
It is making one think of deliberate homicide
other than criminal negligence causing death.
Someone has some serious explaining.
There are only a few reasons why people turn simple problem into a complexity.
Those are not very good ones either.

Maybe the Armourer was competent
and the safety issues were because of
the incompetency and negligence of the production team.
We can safely say for sure that they weren’t taking safety seriously
Alec wanted to skip safety steps because he felt they wasted time
which was money and they annoyed his royally important person.

Eventually, they skipped more than one safety step too many.
Doubts about claims that Hanna the Armorer was inexperienced
She's a desert girl who grew up with firearms.

Her father was a well respected armorer
I'm sure she learned more than enough from him
to make her exceptionally qualified.

I hope she comes through this alright.
She doesn't deserve to have her career ruined over this
Hannah is both experienced and competent
and it’s been proven she was taught by her father.
She didn’t throw around his last name for the job
but it did so happen that she was trained by her father
a legendary gunslinger.
Seth Kenney recommended her for the job, only after production couldn’t find
another sucker to overwork, under pay, and undermine.
That fact has actually been proven.
It’s also been proven
that production told her to focus less on armory.

It’s also been proven that Sarah Zachry was the PDQ firearms representative
and also Hannah’s boss.
Baldwin fires the weapon.
He experiences a recoil.
It is literally impossible to fire a gun and not know you shot them
if someone less than two feet away collapsed.

This is the strangest part of the story
he claimed they were friends but he admitted later
that they first meet when hired her for the film a couple weeks earlier.

How did the story go from "...practicing a cross draw..."
to "...she told me to point it at her, etc.."
Alec Baldwin's explanation of what happened
makes about as much sense as

Prince Andrew's explanation of what happened
he clearly failed to render any aid.
Not only that, but in the interviews following
he actually said that he feels no remorse
Based on his antics he probably thought she deserved it.

Baldwin said after the gun discharged he walked away
not knowing anything had happened.
That is not possible
the difference in recoil is so much greater with a 185 grain 45 ACP
or a 200 grain 44 special
than the blank round recoil
that he had to have known something was wrong.


No one in their right mind would ever fire a blank at a group of people
there are powder projectiles
and whatever wad was used to hold the powder in the cartridge.
It could easily injure someone's eye
or cause a nasty sting at close range.


As a producer, it is part of his job
to make sure the rules and standard safety practices are followed.
The armorer was overruled at just about every turn
including having a safety brief.

Not knowing that he had just fired a live round and hit someone
when he felt the recoil, saw someone collapse
and other people freak out
and he just walk off is pure BS
