Will I change jobs by the end of this year?

I've been unhappy at work lately with my manager which is motivating me to quit but the problem is I have a mortgage to pay and I cannot afford to quit until I find a new permanent job (not just a contract). Whilst there is lots of opportunity for contract jobs, not so much for permanent roles. So my question is, "Will I move to a new job by the end of this year?"

Sigh, I'm guessing not this year as Saturn retrograde in 1st house and early ascendant. With early ascendant, any hope the situation at work could change? I also see Moon next aspects L10 in 4 units. Could this mean I could find something in 4 months, just outside of the year. (Sigh, I know I am desperately looking for any positives)

But please give me honest answers as to what you think the chart shows. Thank you

yay ... i am beating the forecast accuracy war vs. meteorologists.

Just to update, I've got an interview next week for a job that I am really keen for. I am crossing my fingers and will update how it goes.
