Good luck!

Thanks, Its the most intelligent route I can see . I wonder if I will get the insurance to pay for this , thats the next question!

Im not sure but I will probably need to move the discussion to a new thread in transits as I am looking at my chart at this point.

I have a stellium in the 4th house in Capricorn. It starts w Venus at 5 degrees. Then Mars , Then Sun at 11 then Mercury, finally saturn at 29 cap in the 5th.

Pluto is currently conjunct my sun, plumbing, hidden issues, home , remodeling/rehab, moving etc.

I do have my house up for sale and the day I put it on the market these septic tank issues arose.

I also have Saturn transiting my 2nd house. it is almost exactly conjunct neptune in scorpio. Again watery issues that cost money, restrictions on my financial resources, but a thorough resolution to come. After it passes neptune it will conjunct my moon . I will need to make sure I'm taking my meds for depression as this could conjure up a doozy.

I see that the situation will take time and be confusing and frustrating.

I feel like I'm dead in the water right now with everything at a standstill.

In addition the insurance adjuster recommended by the Tree specialist is moving very slowly. Turns out this is good because I did a bit of research and I dont think I need to spend $1500 on what she is suggesting. I got my own plumber(Pluto/Scorpio) with a camera(Neptune) for $350 which will provide proof of any damage to an insurance company. And the Tree guy , Aaron called and told me NOT to use her plumber! Sheesh this is confusing!

I believe this illustrates the Transiting saturn sextile transiting pluto and sextile my 4th natal house. Good Solid information.

So, the guy with the camera is coming today.

I'll keep you posted.
