need help choosing a surgery date

hi my fellow astrologers I'm a newbie here I would just like to say hi and that I am almost 40 and my whole life I have been totally in involved and intrigued by astrology. I would like some help without anybody passing judgment I am a Cancer Sun a cancer Moon and a Libra Rising and a while back I had a botched cosmetic surgery, I am getting a revision it's lipo fat transfer to my breasts I know I cannot have surgery on moon days of cancer, I was looking at November 20th because the moon will be in Virgo but it is the end of Mercury retrograde but I'm looking to get this done as soon as possible if anybody can help me with my birth chart recommendations or any type of feedback would be helpful thank you have a blessed day
