Novice Horary reader--going to try my best

Sagittarius ascendant ruled by Jupiter. Ruler is found in 3rd house -- House of Communication

HELP this is where I'm lost and trying to understand -- is 7th house Gemini ruled by mercury and is that in 6th house? Or is the other person the Mars in 7th house?

Mars semisquare moon
Jupiter square Venus

I've heard that not all "negative" aspects such as a square is necessarily bad. Is there anything good about the aspects here?

merc is in its own sign and its own house
i'd say a person is ony interested in self but i am leaning to the idea that a person is interested in saturn (there is an aspect and reception)

I don't think you've really connected. Your two significators (Jupiter+you, Mercury=her) aren't really communicating. Neither is the moon-Mercury.

I don't use minor aspects in horary.
