Client asked me this last week.
Since the question was about feelings and not actions or events, I took a look at the placement of L1 and L7 and If they receive each other or not. If there had been any applying aspects between the significators I would have taken that as one party approaching the other, but I see no application.
My conclusion: they think well of each other. The feelings are mutual. This is what I told her and nothing more.
However, at the time of this reading I didn’t see either of them doing anything about that. He is in detriment in some way, and she is more focused on her money and her creative work (she’s an artist). Void of course moon supports the conclusion that not much will come of the matter.
My query for the gallery is this: since the question was about FEELINGS, and not actions, are my thoughts about future actions irrelevant/not valid based on the chart?
