Out of Bounds Moon?

I don't know if this right forum to ask but how do you calculate exact dates when Moon is out of bounds? Do you know some good online calculator?

I used astro.com, but it only produces this kind of uclear chart (attached). I can´t even say exactly what year is that..so its impossible to determine month. Should be this July? There was also this pdf with dates but transitions by the moon were only about crossing MC line. And that was 2020 Mar and Dec 2022.

I not yet sure if this valuable method. My Mc was parallel Mars around mid of Jan, but nothing special happened. I'm interested to hear experiences :) !

The Moon (or any other planet) is "out of bounds" when its equatorial declination is greater than the tilt of Earth's axis. That means when the Moon's declination is greater than about 23 degrees and 27 minutes (or less than -23:27 degrees).

Any astrology program or site that displays declinations will indicate whether a planet is out of bounds for a given date (just see if the number is greater than 23:27). You can also display an ephemeris of declinations over a range of dates, allowing you to easily see which planets are out of bounds on which dates.

For example, to do this in the program "Astrolog", do "Chart / Ephemeris", turn off "View / Show Graphics", and turn on "View / Parallel Aspects" (as seen above). Notice how today (June 2nd) Venus is out of bounds and will remain so for the next two weeks.

Thanks! I was talking about progressed declinations of Moon. I haven’t yet found online program that would give dates, only that curve I presented on previous post.

Here some more information:

Astrolog isn't an online program (barring sites that make use of it like Astro.com) but the newest version of Astrolog can also give specific dates for the progressed Moon becoming out-of-bounds, using its "transit to transit times" chart, with progressed mode on. :)

For example, the below Astrolog 7.30 output shows the secondary progressed Moon declination events for the first 50 years of my life. "OOB" is a custom object defined to be the current obliquity of the ecliptic, while "Zero" is a custom object defined to be at 0 declination. That means when the Moon is Parallel OOB it's at the out-of-bounds point North, and when the Moon is Contraparallel OOB it's at the point South. The "LA+" and "LA-" are the events when the progressed Moon's declination reaches its maximum or minimum and changes direction:

Code:
Thu 5/11/1972 12:25:11pm progr Moon (-26:48') LA-
Sat 7/27/1974 6:49:39pm progr Moon (-23:26') CPr [+23:26'] OOB

The moon goes out of bounds fairly frequently.

Basically an out-of-bounds planet is the wild child in a horoscope, unrestrained by conventions. If a child gets punished for deviating from parental norms, the out-of-bounds planet may hide out, in order to be socially acceptable. But it does need to get out once in a while.

Yes but I’m talking about progressed declinations. So it’s takes more than decade for moon to travel between northern and southern points. But it didn’t bring anything to my life. Not anything I can spot right now anyway.
