I am using the second house for this as it seems like it comes under “material desired”.
First of all you are sitting in a rather unfortunate house (the sixth house of misfortunes) .
The desired win is the second house which is ruled by Venus. Venus is in Scorpio which is in detriment so really not very happy and not particularly in a good position to win, and she is also in a weak house, the 8th.
There is no mutual reception between you and Venus. So they do not receive each other and also Venus is about to square Jupiter so this is taken as a no.
However, you are co ruled by Moon and Moon makes an unobstructed sextile to you, Jupiter. However, Jupiter is detriment in Gemini so Moon has negative reception with Jupiter. So I am really not sure.
I would say no according to what I am analysing in this chart.
But bear in mind I am new to horary so I could be wrong. Comments welcomed.
