Welcome to My Chart!

I'm currently going to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist (and from what I've been told previously, this isnt a surprise based on my chart data) and I'd like to know if there's anyone out there that see's what I "lack" and what I have a lot of within my chart.

I've read my chart hundreds of times and I'm not fully educated on synastry and aspect definitions - which is why I'm always here askign questions!

I hope some of you can offer some great details that will be of use to me!
Take care and thank you in advanced!

I've always wanted to be an actress, and one day host a Saturday Night Live show.

I wanted to be a Pharmacist, a Chef, a soldier, an Artist, a mother....I'm in school for Massage Therapy now.

WHATS THE DEAL!?

I would say it was because the ruler of the 10th house (Jupiter) is in Gemini, which is a mutable sign. People with a strong Gemini influence are infamous for being unable to settle on and do one thing at a time.

Mercury is also conjunct with Jupiter, and may contribute to changeability. 'Mercurial' in the dictionary: changeable; volatile; fickle; flighty; erratic

I think Moog is right. Just ask any 10 yo with a strong Mercury in their chart. He/she will probably tell you he wants to be an astronaut, a doctor, a teacher, a politician, an architect, an engineer... *shuts kid's mouth*

Pisces Midheaven, to hypnotiqu

hypnotiqu,

You asked:

Modern astrologers would say that the ruler of your Midheaven (outer world) is Neptune (spirituality, also confusion, illusion) so you are confused about your place in the outer world. This also indicates an interest in illusions so acting could appeal to you.

Modernly,

Tim

How to find your career- sticky in Vocational Forum
http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32775

You do find a lot of pisces in the 'caring professions' hospitals, nursing homes.
MC ruler pisces/neptune and is posited in 7th house, this could suggest going into buisness with a partner type thing. But neptune is afflicted by saturn. This gives a huge reality check on your dreams and aspirations and quite poss a dampner....

you asked the same thing here..

Recently, I enrolled in a school for Massage Therapy. In April of 2012, I'll be a licensed massage therapist practicing in Florida. I'm fairly confident that this healing career is suitable for me but I'm always wondering how in tune my decisions are within my chart.

If anyone can offer some sound advice, comments, or suggestions, please feel free and thank you in advance!

having mercury and jupiter in 12th - both work well behind the scenes

can I suggest you research how your mercury and jupiter play out in 12th house. With the current mercury retrograde I have done a little more research into quincunxs....

Sometimes these quincunxs are obvious and recognised in personality, other times it can take a lot of self examination to identify with the planets energies and of course they (like all aspects) don't operate 100% of the time, they are simply a facet of your personality. Some say they cause health issues that are unresolved, underlying, dormant waiting to be triggered.... some say you stay at one end, to the detriment of the other, OR end up see-sawing between the two until you learn balance, integration of two unlikely pairings.

Next look at the signs, then houses and then aspects. Now the *others aspects* from these Yods as they can act like escape routes, that can help or hinder the expressions. A chart with lots of Yods (Finger of God) will always be *searching* for the divine answers to the meaning of life, to find synthesis

If someone has the ‘generational Pluto sextile neptune’ (born after 1940) then there is always a possibility of creating a temporary Yod with quicker moving planets, progressions, solar arcs even and difficult situations where you could be forced into making decisions and worrying that you have made the wrong one. Saturn, Uranus are generational to and unless these two fall in first quadrant (the most personal) the may not even be felt if they create a temporary Yod…this could be *transformation through suffering* type aspect

Mercury Quincunx (Inconjunct) Uranus
The new and unusual things that occur to you may carry you far from the basic needs of your everyday life. Good ideas do not necessarily require you to act immediately to bring them about. Positive innovation will require you to alter yourself and your basic habits before you will see much change in the world or your environment”

Mercury quincunx Uranus
“You are in intellectual workhouse, and your serenity is constantly disturbed by the problems of others. You work in hesitant spurts of enthusiasm followed by periods of mental anguish for not completing what you start. You can effectively channel your self‑imposed obligations to your immediate environment and humanity in general by choosing an occupation that deals specifically with these matters. Local social welfare programs, fund‑raising for medical research, active medical research, and rehabilitation programs for the mentally deficient are some of the ways this can be done”
From the book ‘Aspects and Personality’ by Karen Hamaker-Zondag

next we look at the signs involved and why thy are sooo incompatible and then houses, and lastly 'other aspects' which may help or hinder the expression....

Gemini quincunx are Capricorn

Gemini is air and mutable sign. All air signs want to talk and Gemini is real chatterbox, tends to know a little about a lot but not in great depth. Gemini like Libra can really procrastinate and be indecisive and are usually attracted to strong partners who want to make the decisions for the relationship, like Leo or Scorpio. Likes variety, witty and quick and clever with their minds and tongues, but unreliable and very restless.

ALL mutuable signs, Gemini, Sagittarius, Pisces and Virgo are restless and I have found the reason. They are all somehow looking for the divine answers to the meaning of life and somehow just think its always around the next corner or out of reach. Some are perpetual students thinking that if they have enough information, they will have all the answers that everyone else wants to know about.

Capricorn is cardinal and earth. Capricorns, serious, hardworking ambitious. Care very much about status, achievements and career and what people will think. Practical, excellent with money and hanging onto it longer and harder than the rest of us. Cancer and Capricorn share these traits tight…. Capricorn and Cancer are also the two horders of the zodiac, Cancer hordes for emotional and sentimental reasons, old birthday cards, anniversary cards old photos anything looking back. Capricorns hords for practical reasons, these people have attic or/and garage full of junk just in case the brownies want a pair of curtains cutting up for something. Capricorns always want value for money and expect their purchases to last. Capricorn will always want to structure the life of Gemini and keep them grounded, which is probably what they need. Capricorn and Scorpio at the two least sociable signs. Hence the problem Gemini has to talk and socialise and doesn’t want to want the pennies

sometimes, digging deep and doing a fair amount of self analysis is required to indentify these aspects. But I hope you can see these 'facets of your personality'

Moon Quincunx (Inconjunct) Pluto

You confuse intensity with desire, and need with love. As a consequence of this, your relationships with others (especially romantic partners) can be powerful and "spicy" without engendering much closeness. It takes time for you to recognize the habits that get in the way of intimacy; it takes time to alter them once recognized. Letting go of negative history lays the groundwork for change. Give others permission to be different than everyone else has been before. Through this, you give yourself permission to be different.
http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/quincunxinterpretations.html

“indicates a personality that it precariously balanced. You must learn to temper your emotional compulsiveness with objectivity. You may have assumed that to gain anyone's love you must submit to them. Thus you overreact to other people's demands. You wrongly believe that those who use you must care for you in some way. But submission to another only earns you contempt. You have to unlearn old habit systems and develop new ones to avoid being. You will be at the mercy of others until you gather the strength to say no.”
From the book ‘Aspects and Personality’ by Karen Hamaker-Zondag

Aries quincunx signs are Scorpio
Aries is very straightforward, what you see is what you get, calls a spade a shovel and is very direct and to the point, rather impatient and impulsive, soon to flare up soon to flare doesn’t hold grudges. Very good at starting things, motivating people and starting projects but not good at finishing them, not very good with money either except spending it. Aries belongs to a group of 3signs which values it freedom and independence very highly. Sagittarius and Aquarius other two.

Now Scorpio, definitely what you see is not what you get, very secretive, private and plays its cards close to its chest. Extremely analytical, great for research and ferreting things out but 100% wants control and will use any tactic to get it including psychological mind games and emotional manipulation. Scorpio will never understand why if you are in a committed relationship, would you want freedom and independence! Definitely won’t appreciate you blurting things out and telling everyone their business.
Although its easy to see why these people get together, because they are both highly sexed signs. In fact Aries is joint second place with Taurus, but Taurus is much more romantic and affectionate and loving, Aries wants quantity and Taurus wants quality.

Re: Welcome to My Chart!

Both mercury and Jupiter in the 12th house (house of mind, subconscious) in Gemini could make one bounce from one thing to another.

My opinion is you would do something well where you are interacting with others/in some group/humanitarian cause or something to do with traveling.
