Hey guys!I'm a medical student close to graduate & i was thinking to become a psychiatrist because i like the idea & also because i'm disabled so it's something that practically i can easily do but i don't know if i'm strong enough to not get influenced emotionally by it. I know i'm "strong" enough to take other general medical situations but i'm not sure especially about psychiatric situations since as students we haven't seen many. On the other hand i know i'm easily bored so i'd like to do many different things like creating poetry or generally artistic things.

So what do you think guys? And first of all is medicine good for me or i should choose something completely different after i graduate medical school & if so what would you suggest?:) Thank you!:)

Haha ..yeah i'm a starchaser...well when i think of myself being a doctor i miss being an artist & vise versa :) Since i was a kid everyone told me.."Oh you have many talents & a strong mind, you can do anything you want in life" that was exactly the problem lol I wish somebody could tell me ''You are bad at doing this but you are born to do THIS".
Is Pisces MC always like that? Will this never change?:)

Give me a moment I'll have a think about your chart.

Very nice 'Kite' by the way, with Grand Trine in Air - intellectual, with the combination of energy, growth and emotions. The outlet for all this being Uranus in Saggitarius or Sun/Merc in Saggitarius.

Anyway going on intuition, first look at the chart. Cancer Asc, moon in the kite formation, Sun in Saggitarius in 5th house. Instincts say the caring profession is the way to go, keep the moon happy, satisfy the Sun's thirst for knowledge, and maybe work in peadiatrics as there is a lot of focus in the 5th house.

Going the other route.

Ruler of 2nd house Mars in Libra (4th house) so some focus on the home here. A nurse or midwife, someone who makes home visits. Bring you knowledge to the home.

Ruler of 6th house Jupiter in Aquarius (8th house) the urge to experiment, probe and inquire, to discover the undiscovered and expect the unexpected. Perhaps this is leading you down the research field? It doesn't help the nurturing aspect though which I feel is very important to you.

Ruler of 10th house Neptune in Capricorn (6th house) Trying to turn ideas, intuition and hard work into a job. Neptune is in detriment here, so it's not very comfortable. Capricorn wants it to be logical and practical but Neptune is fighting against it.

My instincts still take me back to the medical profession, maybe nursing, midwifery or gynocology. Definitately something connected with children. If not medical then how about teaching? Sagg would love that.

ooh another thought. Cancer rising, Mars in Libra, in 4th house. Food! How's the cooking? If all else fails, perhaps you could open up a little restaurant or teahouse. You look like a feeder.

Thank you! :)
Why is the ruler of 2nd[Leo] Mars?Isn't it Sun?

I don't think i could work with children.First of all i'm disabled so i can't move my arms(can't cook either lol) so if i did something related to children that would be pedopsychiatry(it needs me only to speak) but it's kind of cruel to see little angels that for example were raped by their parents :(

:)

Sorry Starchaser, not sure why my train of thought went down the road of Mars.:alien:

Ruler of 2nd house Sun in Saggitarius in 5th house. Brings me back to teaching again, and children.

Career options are assessed by MC any planets conjunct, where the ruler of MC is placed, it’s aspects, then 2nd house ‘how you earn your money’ and planets there, ruler of cusp and where it’s placed, then 6th house of ‘type of work you do’ any planets there and how they are aspected.

Researching rulers of houses will help you understand more where I joining the dots so to speak

Kite

“Whenever a person has a kite in his chart, he is considered to be more likely to be successful in his endeavours because the opposition will give him the push to go out and conquer the obstacles that are presented to him, and the sextiles will give him a little bit more harmony once he has achieved his goals.”

Mercury retrograde does make for a very analytical frame of mind, I have this myself. Were you a people watcher during childhood? did you keep your thoughts to yourself?
Mecury conj Saturn also tends towards bookworm and great for research and studying

Your chart does shows a packed 5th house, which includes self employment, children, creativity etc.
http://www.skyscript.co.uk/temples/h5.html

you are not a typical Saggi either with sun conj Saturn which can show a lack of raport with father. When a Sun is conjunct (or hard aspect ie: square or opposite) any of the outer weight planets it automatically becomes an honorary Saturian, Uranian, Neptunian and Plutonian, cos their influence seems to overshadow the 'light' and sun's energies...

Ruler of 10th house in 6th house

Your professional success is related to your ideas on service. No matter what profession you choose, it will be more gratifying for you if you feel that you are helping others. This astrological position favors professions linked to medicine, therapy or nutrition. If you do not have a career, you are likely to work in a company that provides some kind of service.

Ruler of the Tenth House in the Sixth House
You would prefer to be your own boss with regards to the work that you do. Your career may involve helping others or being useful to other people. You can be like an authority figure to co-workers, or you feel a strong sense of responsibility towards them. The same applies to your own employees, if you have them. Your career can be connected to any health related field and the work you do can turn into your primary profession.

Watch around middle October as T Saturn will be conjunct natal mars, this could cause delays, stop/go situations and restructing.

first two weeks in August T Jupiter will be conj N Node, this may open doors and opportunties to put you on the path of your *Life Lessons* they may or may be connected to career though....

now Leo/sun rules 2nd of how you earn your money and is posited in 5th Saggi/Jupiter rules 6th house and these two make a nice sextile aspect. Any aspect is better than none, but these two don't make an aspect to Neptune ruler of MC.

Your Neptune is a singleton to ie: only planet in earth element, although you have two planets in earth houses which may help a little

Neptune square to MC suggests boundaries being confused or fudged

Neptune in Square to Midheaven
Without a firm sense of who you are and where you're headed, you may be subject to more than your share of downtime career-wise. You may find yourself a target for deceptive career schemes and false promises. Some of this can be avoided by getting into some serious career counseling and making whatever effort necessary to become knowledgeable in your chosen field. Your biggest challenge may be to avoid getting sidetracked by doubts about your choices. http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/aspectsneptune.htm
You don't have to compromise your search for your ideal life's work. You'll just have to make some focused efforts in order to achieve it. Consider some of the following career potentials: acting, any of the helping professions, working as a healer, undercover agent, psychologist, or in the arts (music, singing, dancing, painting), psychic channeling, anything connected to the sea, writing novels, or working in the field of chemistry and pharmaceuticals.

Thank you very much A50!!!!!!!!!!:D

Yeah absolutely!!!!I guess i have all the characteristics of a retrograde Mercury hehe

now Leo/sun rules 2nd of how you earn your money and is posited in 5th Saggi/Jupiter rules 6th house and these two make a nice sextile aspect. Any aspect is better than none, but these two don't make an aspect to Neptune ruler of MC.

I think i have a sextile between MC ruler & Pluto ,what could that mean? Also Neptune semisextiles Saturn (natural ruler of 10th).Does it help somehow?
