I wondered if I could get an interpretation on my artistic inclination from my natal chart.
Being an artist was core to my identity up until around 2009 to 2010. I haven’t been able to reclaim it, and worry I never will. I hope that if I study a little bit about where it came from in the first place, I can see why I lost it, and where it might be found again.
I suspect losing it might have to do with Neptune transit in the 10th in opposition to Venus. Would Venus be the major contributor to the interest in art? I don’t think my Venus is placed in my chart to suggest strong artistic inclination (4th house Virgo, square Saturn and trine Mars, wide trine to Neptune in Capricorn).
One thing I do notice is that Venus is not retrograde but Mercury and Mars are, so perhaps Venus was a ‘voice’ until all the other planets went direct by progression... especially being ruled by Mercury, and square Saturn (also Rx), ruler of Mars.
Thank you for your thoughts.
