Solar return chart 2016

Hello dear friends,
i will be very glad to say something about my new solar for 2016.
I accept every kind of opinion.

Should i be worry about solar AC in 8 natal house?
And about solar moon in 6th house - AC natal?

Is this a year to find love?
Is this a year for success in job?

Thanks in advance for your answers and things i cannot see.
