I think it would serve you better to look at your secondary progressions. Many times when you have issues (of friction or other problems) that arise, especially in relationships, and that can be with your children, parents, spouse, other, friends, co-workers or employers you'll often see a semi-square or sesquisquare between the relevant significators (which would be progressed Planets aspecting either other progressed Planets or natal Planets).
You might also want to look at your Profection for the current year. Maybe now is a good time to change jobs and if not, then maybe you can find a good time when to do that if this is going to be a continued problem for you.
