How does this affect me as a person?

It gives you a big focus of concentration. The sign shows how or in what manner the planets operate. The house shows the domain of life in which they focus their energies.

I'm with waybread.

It means first off that Scorpio is very much emphasized as an energy in your life. If they all fall in one house, which they seem to, the 5th house is emphasized as well.

What THAT means depends on what the rest of your chart is doing. The exact same stellium in the exact same house could mean something entirely different in a different chart.

I do not know how to interpret Rahu.

With the other planets concerned: you have intense experiences regarding fifth house affairs...

probably intense romantic attractions
dramatic experiences with others

these things feel dramatic and fated, and your interactions with your outlets of creativity, fun, are very important... but ultimately you've got a lot of intensity focused on very non-serious affairs
