Will i take my money back?

Hello. I bought a pair of shoes from a second hand site. Shoes were too small for me so i requested refund from the seller but she did not accept it. I take the issue to the site system and waiting for answer. They will answer me within 3 days. I really feel so bad and want my money back. Will i take my money ?

i am wobbling here choosing 2nd or 8th house
because on one hand it is your money on the other hand the money is in the seller's hands .. that could be their 2nd house.

Well the system hasn't sent my money to the seller yet. So i think its my money.
