From what I've read about Horary, the most fruitful answers come from specific, close-ended questions. In this case, your question is open-ended and a bit ambiguous. However, I feel curious about how Horary plays out with open-ended questions, so I'll give this a go.
SO. To (attempt to) answer your question I'm going to have to branch off a bit from the ~rules~ of Horary, since (traditional) Horary only really has rules for close-ended questions. I won't tread too far from the ~rules though.
I sense that, since your significator, Venus, is in the 7th house of Scorpio, and your co-signifcator, the Moon, is in the 5th house of love affairs, romance, etc., that you may have a crush on her.
If she's the significator of the 7th house, then she finds herself in the 10th house and the 6th house. To me, this suggests that she may not be looking for anything romantic because neither of these houses are very romantic.
If she's the significator of the 11th house, then she also finds herself in the 10th house. Though, in the 12th house conjunct the Ascendant too. Uranus as co-ruler of the 11th house, being in the 12th house, could seem suspicious, since it's the house of ~hidden enemies. Yet, I see her co-ruler, Mars (if she is coming from the 7th house), is separating from an opposition with Chiron in the 12th house, and to me this suggests some sort of healing in the unconscious mind (perhaps to your unconscious and/or hers - if coming from a romantic perspective).
Looking at these (the above), I really don't see malice from her. I'm realizing that if I try to dig too deeply into what she wants from you, I'll find myself past Uranus and in the grips of Neptune (illusion and confusion). Here, I sense the cosmos are giving us an ambiguous answer, a reflection of the question itself.
If I read in between the lines of the ambiguity,
I feel like this connection will bring healing to your unconscious mind - with Neptune, Chiron and Uranus in the 12th house. The co-ruler of the 7th house, and the co-ruler of the 11th house, both being in the 10th house suggests (to me at least), that she has most of her cards on the table for you to see.
I feel I can't ~confidently conclude what she wants from you though.

I know this can sound scary, especially if you've been betrayed before. If you aren't getting any obvious red flags, then go with the flow and let things play out.
I wish I could give you a more definite answer, but maybe this is a test for you take a leap of faith and trust your intuition. If you've been betrayed before/if your trust has been broken before, then there will be some sort of a wounded relationship with your intuition. From my experience, and from observation, people who have a wounded relationship with their intuition find themselves in situations where they need to trust their intuition again to heal the wound and grow. . I would not say that I have a crush on this girl, it is interesting and pleasant for me to communicate with her, I want to learn about her health and affairs, but nothing more. Or maybe I haven't figured it out yet that I have a crush on her
