Where are my letters?

I am enquiring about some letters that I have never received.
I contacted the sender, they told me they have indeed send them. They've send me apparently three letters since the beginning of the year, and I have never received them. They also told me that they have not been returned to their office either.
I have contacted the post office, they have launched an investigation.
This had a direct impact on my revenues since I never got a chance to reply to them.
So I am asking where are my letters?

Asc-Jupiter retrograde
Letters - 3rd house (Gemini), ruler Mercury retrograde in the 7th house (Libra).
Jupiter trine mercury in 3 units. Do you think I'll hear back from someone about those letters?
Moon last aspect is a square to Mercury.

first of all, you have cropped your chart way too much that it does not show the details of the aspects!

The letter is sitting in the 7th house...do you have a partner? if then, it must be with them.

If the company would send you another post or the old one gets returned back to you, whatever it is either way... You may receive the letter you are expecting in 4 weeks from the date you have cast the chart.
