Re: Trump Lost!

Is it me or everyone here just repeats the CNN line of "there is no evidence, 30 lawsuits dropped"?

- There are multiple witnesses testifying on fraud.
- Number of irregularities reported, with video testimony.
- Evidence of problems with paper ballots which don't match, or are over the number.
- Evidence in regards to the Dominion machine system, and irregularities on their update.
- Break of protocol when handling ballots and counting machines.

This idea that "there is no evidence" is just a CNN talking point. Seriously guys, be realistic, there is plenty of evidence.

CNN, CNN, CNN, oh, my! Disgraced fake news and pathetic faux journalists.

CNN confidently predicted Hillary Clinton would win in 2016.

They clung to every word of Michael Avenatti, an aggressive lawyer who absolutely hated Trump. Avenatti was the lawyer representing Stormy Daniels. They gave Avenatti soooo much air time, and they leered at the camera so the audience would know that the end of Trump was near.

Not so fast. Before you knew it, Ol' Avenatti WENT TO JAIL FOR FRAUD. CNN was buddy, buddy with this slimy, crooked lawyer, but they ended up with egg on their face.

Then there was the teenager who wears a MAGA hat. They descended on this poor teenager. They reported that the teen did awful things to people of color, PEOPLE OF COLOR!!!!. He blocked the path of a Native American beating a drum. A group of nearby African Americans were somehow insulted merely by the teen's presence. They shouted profanity-laced epithets toward the teens standing waiting for a bus.

In truth, the teen was waiting for his bus, his ride home, along with other teens. He did not block anyone. The truculent, hostile person of color moved to stand before the teen, close to the teen, practically drumming in his face if you will.

When the real news came out, the truth came out that the teen did nothing wrong, and he has sued countless news organizations for their false and damaging reporting. Wrong again, CNN. They attacked an innocent teen because he dared to wear a MAGA hat in public.

CNN gave more air time than most networks to "Collusion, collusion, collusion" for three years. There was no contrition about the all the unseemly projections interlaced with so-called news. There was no reflection upon the very bad reporting. Some CNN denizens continue the chant of "collusion" but others tried to artfully change the subject. It was a delicate subject all the way around.

CNN drove home all the erroneous data of the fake polls at the 2020 election.

Oh, it goes on. Few fake news outlets have so shamed themselves. Now, that's disgrace!

Breaking News:
Trumps lapdog william Barr says:
”No evidence of vote fraud in election”

That is because there is no evidence.
It’s just a shameless gameplan tactic played out by the
worst president in modern history. And people are buying in
on it, because it is what they WOULD like to be true. But it is neptunian
bubble.
Zap!! Soon the bubble burst. But the damage done to american democracy
Is the reality here. A sad reality indeed.

Re: Trump Lost!

A planned presidential address I mentioned earlier somewhere on the forum may include a probable nationwide lockdown to stop the spread of COVID-19. Trump prevented and diverted two lockdown proposals in April and July, and he's nearly done with his presidency, I believe Rep Pelosi like her friend CA Gov Newsom will go ahead and do the lockdowns (Newsom for his state CA). It's going to happen, most likely on Fri the 4th to last 'til Christmas or New Year's.

Re: Trump Lost!

I'm sure all of the 70 million people who voted for Trump would be happy to donate money for such procedure, so it wouldn't really cost anything. In fact wouldn't it be funny to watch Trump supporters pay for the audit and then watch as Biden is inaugurated president? :w00t:

We are in agreement: an audit would probably not change the results ... but it would certainly make Joe Biden look MUCH stronger, and it would shut-up Trump supporters for good. In fact if the audit fails to reveal any fraud, the Republican party is doomed for good.

So an election audit can only benefit Democrats and Joe Biden. Democrats should support the audit!

The Democrats have no reason to request audits and recounts. Biden won, remember? If the Republicans want audits anyway, they can request them-- and pay for them. Republican state election officials who voted for Trump are on record saying they found no evidence of fraud, and are getting tired of slams against their integrity and the death threats against them and their families.

Some Republicans are sensible people. Thankfully most of them are not trying to stage a coup against a free and fair democratic election. They're not happy about losing the White House but they picked up gains in state offices and in the House of Representatives. Throw out ballots, and what happens to these newly elected Republican legislators?

Today Attorney General William Barr-- a member of Trump's cabinet and a total Trump lackey-- went on record saying that the FBI was looking for evidence of fraud starting months ago, and didn't find any "on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election."

Actually the Trump team has solicited donations to mount his legal challenges, and I think has gotten something like $150 million so far. That's a lot.

But there is some chicanery here, because prospective donors who bother to read the fine print would learn that, actually, most of their donations will be used to pay off Trump's 2020 campaign debt and to help him mount a new super PAC, which would probably further what he wants to do next in life.

Despite his alleged wealth, Trump is a great one for stoking his ambitions with other people's money.

Hopefully the Republican party can stop being the Donald J. Trump fan club and go back to being the party of principled ethical conservativism.

Arizona and Wisconsin certify for Biden. That's a wrap. All States have now certified.

A Georgia election poll worker who was falsely accused of throwing away a ballot in a right-wing video that went viral, has been receiving death threats.

Re: Trump Lost!

...

It was okay for Al Gore to challenge the election when only one part of FL was involved, no allegations of cheating, two recounts & the Dems still whine about how the election was stolen by Bush. They called him a nazi dictator too.

Obama won two terms, they believed in the Electoral College & said that U.S. elections were 'very secure' to quote them exactly.

2016Trump won & then the Dems don't believe in the Electoral College, it's unfair & biased against them.
They claimed that the election was not secure & that Russia colluded with Trump to win.
They attempted two coups to remove a duly elected POTUS & failed. 2020 Election was going to be their 3rd coup attempt.
Except they didn't expect such a huge red wave across the country, particularly in the swing states. They had to stop the counting & then flood the key swing states with fake Biden ballots. They got caught & now the Trump lawyers are using the evidence to ensure only legal ballots are counted. In some swing states, the crooks threw away millions of envelopes so impossible to verify signatures. In PA, 1.8 M ballots were mailed out, 2.5 M were received!!!!!
This is just the tip of the ice-berg. Election integrity has died with the Dems just as real news died with the corrupt media.

There is actually no way now to calculate how many votes Trump won by due to the voter machine manipulation and the deliberate
discard of envelopes from mail-in ballots...or the ballots which were filled out in the early mornings with no poll officials watching.

Blackbery, your bogus claims have been disproved time and again. There is no evidence to support them. The MSM aren't as evil as you think they are. Fox News is about as pro-Trump as they get.

Don't you imagine that Republican state election officials who themselves voted for Trump wanted to see him win and would have been eager to detect illigitimate votes for Biden?

Ironically, Donald Trump claimed loudly and often while campaigning in the previous election that the 2016 election was rigged-- until he won. That shut him up. Temporarily. Shouldn't we revisit the 2016 election?

The Bush/Gore election was completely different, in being such a close call, notably in the elector-rich state of Florida, where there were real technical problems with the so-called "butterfly ballot." There was a recount of several counties and involvement of the state Supreme Court to certify the election.

When he lost by a hair's breadth, Al Gore bowed out gracefully.

Surely you remember.

You've completely misconstrued Russian involvement in 2016--which was real-- but it did not involve meddling with voting machines and polling places. They launched a social media campaign and collaborated with WikiLeaks to damage the Clinton candidacy ahead of election day.

Time to stop drinking the Trump Kool-Aid and to get back to some semblance of rationality.

Looking like this Presidential election has reached the 2-minute warning, and now it's "garbage time". In basketball, that means the losing team is too far behind to possibly catch up, but keeps taking shots anyway until the final buzzer.

Re: Trump Lost!

I'm sure that there are mail in ballots that arrive late, but it has always been made clear in every election year that people should vote by election day, because "election day" means that the winner is going to be elected that day. And if the mail in ballots that arrive after election day have to be counted as you say, then why does that seem to be the rule only this year, whereas in other years there's no recount done and the winner is elected and that's that, and whoever votes late, too bad?

Even if there are more mail ins this year, it's still made very clear when election day is and people should make a concerted effort to send in their votes before that day. After all, they make it a standard rule to open up early voting in most states. Either that, or an exception should be made this year to allow a few days of a grace period to allow for the late mail in votes so as to count them too. But funny thing is that the media was all too happy to announce Biden the winner the next day (notice it's not an official announcement) despite your claim that late ballots must be counted too. And it's interesting that at least 99% of late mail in ballots happen to be for Biden? I call BS. It's not possible that 650,000 mail in ballots were for Biden whereas only 3200 for Trump, especially when Trump filled stadiums, had 1 MILLION people rock up to Washington DC voluntarily after election day to show their love and support for him, and Biden could barely fill a small stadium or have anyone listen to his thanksgiving speech. You'd think the so called president elect would have millions listening into his thanksgiving speech right? It is, after all, online, so it's socially-distance friendly. But that didn't happen. Should tell you a lot. And I'm just describing the tip of the iceberg.

Trump has won. The only thing is for it to be officially announced and for details of the blatant fraud to be presented to the public (as if it hasn't already been presented).

ETA: Also regarding late ballots having to be counted if if they're postmarked by election day, there is simply no excuse to be counting them a few weeks after election day. If they really are postmarked by election day, they should have been counted asap, not 2 or 3 weeks later. Besides, that date can so easily be fabricated. I call BS.

What you wrote might be a good idea, but the election doesn't work that way.

As I explained previously to Dirius, under the Constitution, each state sets up the laws for elections in the way it sees fit. Maybe there shouldn't be this kind of variation, but it would take a constitutional amendment to fix it, which is a very difficult process.

Some states accept absentee ballots so long as they are postmarked by Election Day. Most states allow early voting (usually at the county courthouse) and mail-in/absentee ballots as a way to ensure that every registered voter has a voice. Notably overseas members of the Armed Services. Some state permit these ballots to be counted ahead of election day, some don't.

Most rational people understand that there is a big covid-19 pandemic in the United States, and that avoiding standing in long lines for hours on Election Day was a sensible thing to do. (People have jobs, small children, and so on.)

Where the fraud comes in was on the Republican side, unfortunately, with the Postmaster General ordering thousands of mailboxes to be scooped up and removed; and not hiring enough staff to process ballots in a timely fashion. Then the Republican governor of Texas ordered that there be only one mail drop box for ballots per county-- including counties with major cities in them.

See my latest post to Blackbery and Dirius. Yes, there are recounts in American elections. It's nothing new.

The number of ballots cast this year was the highest in US history. So naturally it takes time and personnel to count an unusually large number.

What the Trumpistas don't want to get is the difference between frenzied fans showing up at a pep rally, vs sober, rational people who dislike Trump's narcissistic antics and avoid such spectacles-- but who vote, nonetheless.

The term "silent majority" used to mean Republicans, but today's "silent majority" includes millions of moderate Republicans and independents, who see Trump as an irratic menace and want a steady hand at the tiller of the ship of state.

Joe Biden is lackluster, but his supporters by-and-large are not sucked into a cult of personality the way Trump fans seem to be

Re: Trump Lost!

When Trump won in 2016, the Democrats and their sympathizers refused either to believe the results of the election or to honor the office of the Presidency. The next four years were a slimy effort to resist and frustrate the GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES because progressives are nothing if not adolescent, intolerant, and truculent.

Portions of the Justice Department and law enforcement who shared their destructive fervor launched an investigation via an independent prosecutor against the presidency and the government of the United States based on Hatred-of-Trump. For years, the anti-Trump forces chanted "Collusion, collusion, collusion". It was illegitimate because the law says that there must be solid evidence before an independent prosecutor is selected. Instead, the anti-Trump forces selected Mueller to investigate AFTER HIS APPOINTMENT AS INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR. It is not the job of an independent prosecutor to investigate. When an independent prosecutor is appointed, it is supposed to mean the investigation is done. It is a prosecutors job to prosecute on the evidence, NOT FIND EVIDENCE. Nonetheless, there was no evidence, and the miserable independent prosecutor could not find any evidence of Russian Collusion. When they failed miserably, the Democrats were not contrite at all. Congressman Schiff had distinguished himself as a congenital liar, but he was not the slightest bit contrite.

The Hollywood flakes took turns condemning all those American voters who vote different from the Hollywood flakes. Meryl Streep took the opportunity when she took the podium of a glitz-and-glamor fest to declare that those who voted for Trump (half the country) were racists because they wanted to repair the broken immigration system. She declared that they hated immigrants because they wanted to fix the broken immigration system. She revealed and personified the decadent Hollywood society that feels themselves far superior to half the country. She revealed her principles of guilt by accusation. She showed that progressives are nothing like they pretend. They are highly intolerant of half the country who votes different. They are impossibly self-important and hypocritical.

Most people in this country have been accused of racism, and they are tired of it. Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf? The progressives have exhausted their pseudo-morality and now their drivel will fall on deaf ears.

You ignored the massive losses of the Democrats in Congress at election time, and we all know why you did that. Despite your superior tone and your superior attitude, we understand the ramifications. The Leftist double-talk and rigmarole is over. We had four years of overload. Sell it somewhere else.

Cary, as the saying goes, you're entitled to your own opinions, but you are not entitled to your own facts.

For the record, I am an independent voter because I prefer to decide issues on their merits, not as part of a pre-packaged party platform. My political views are actually pretty moderate. I am not a liberal Democrat.

While I support some progressive objectives, I found Bernie Sanders to be completely impractical. Elizabeth Warren at least understands how the economy works. Obviously health care in America is a complete mess, and nobody living in a country that has a single-payer system (like Canada) wants to go anywhere near the US "model" (if I can call it that.) But Sanders was really clueless about how to pay for his Medicare For All.

But you see, this is precisely the problem with a lot of Trump fans. They've been told by their rightwing media so often that Democrats are a bunch of scary socialists that this is actually what they believe.

Joe Biden is not a socialist. You may have noticed that his campaign strategy was not to move the party to the left to capture more of the Bernie vote, but to stay in the center to attract more disaffected moderate Republicans and Independents.

Some moderate Democratic House members who lost their seats or who narrowly kept them are really annoyed at the left wing of the party.

I have to smile at your repetitious "hatred of Trump" trope. Possibly you were fine with all of the Hillary-hating that went on in 2016. You seem to be OK with hatred of Democrats. There are logical, rational reasons to want Trump out of office. Quickly.

Obviously I don't affiliate with Hollywood or whomever else you are angry about.

You completely misrepresent the goal of the Mueller report. It wasn't to find evidence of Russian "collusion" within the Trump campaign, but surrounding it. However, that's another topic. I think the report was good and thorough. I also think, in hindsight, that although there were Constitutional grounds for impeachment, it was unwise to proceed, knowing that the Senate would never vote for removal from office.

I hope I've cleared up a few of your misconceptions.

Dear God, there is massive evidence of crime, and you try to dicker with rhetoric.

There is no massive evidence of crime. Of over 40 legal cases filed by the Trump team, 27 have been thrown out of court by the judges for lack of evidence. Some of these judges are Trump appointees.

Republican state election officials and judges who voted for Trump have gone ahead with certification because their sacred oaths of office to uphold the law mean something to them.

I can understand Trump and his fans being really angry about the election result, but it is what it is.

Re: Trump Lost!

Trump can appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, and your smug summary of the result yet to come shows you have no argument, only tricks.

I'd be very surprised if the Supreme Court even agrees to hear the case.

When an appeal is made to a higher court, the next tier of judges normally will not hear a case if they read the evidence and the ruling/s to date, and find no errors in the prior decision/s.

But it is oh, so typical of Trump to believe that because he appointed some of the justices, that they owe him the favor of overturning an election.

Trump's fan club are not interested in fair elections, or even democracy from what I can make out. They want a strong-man type of autocratic ruler. Which usually doesn't go well, if history is anything to go by.

Re: Trump Lost!

I....
Methinks that there is a lot of spiritual work to be done for people on the dem side, namely reconciling one's ego with the truth. If one can't see the blatant fraud that's been happening right in front of our eyes, then either they're very... well, dim, or their ego is too big to accept that they weren't right about Trump's character all these years, which will be a much harder pill to swallow. No one likes being wrong, but it's ok to be, especially since we've all been born into a world deliberately designed to fool and manipulate us and utilise our life energy. It's easy to believe falsehoods when born into such a world. I have personally been sucked in, and it's a very rare person who sees right through it all from the beginning.

As they say, it's much easier to fool someone than to convince them that they've been fooled.

What a joke.

I would love to see some spiritual work done with Donald Trump. If anyone cannot reconcile his ego with the truth, it's him.

Trump's character is not good. Surely you followed his bogus Trump University legal settlement, his bogus charity legal settlement, and his potty mouth in describing women who dare challenge him.

Don't blame CNN, or even the US network news and major newspapers. Trump's irresponsible antics are reported on all over the world, oftentimes by foreign correspondents in Washington who know more about US national politics than many Americans. I'm talking about journalists from countries that are US allies.

Trump lost. Please, get over it.

Re: Trump Lost!

Boy are you in for a rude awakening then.

Chiamaria, can you at least admit that Trump lost the national Popular Vote? It's more than a 6 million vote difference as things now officially stand according to the State-certified tally.

Alleging Election-fraud on a scale massive enough to overcome that much of a deficit brings our ENTIRE voting system into question. And, it's the same voting system that enabled Trump to become President in the first place.

Also, the courts have been dismissing all but the least consequential of the Trump-campaign lawsuits. Alleging that those legal decisions in all those States were biased brings our ENTIRE legal system into question.

Now, in place of such a complicated, conspiratorial explanation for why Trump lost, just look at the number of votes that the Libertarian Party candidate took away from Trump, and the evidence is clear: Trump lost the election because of a 3rd party "spoiler".

It's as simple as that, and the mainstream media is making too much money off of the more sensational explanation to pay any attention to the obvious: Given a choice between just the two main candidates, almost EVERYONE who voted Libertarian would have voted Republican instead, and that would given Trump a 2nd term.

This rational explanation ALONE explains Trump's losses in the close-count swing-States, WITHOUT the need for all of these far-reaching, far-fetched alternatives.

Wait a minute. You mean the "lap dog" and the "lackey"? That Barr? Well, if he's a lap dog and a lackey, then I dismiss what he says, but it is highly suspicious that now you trumpet what he says. Leftists trumpet Barr's remarks after they condemned Barr, with no respect for his office, because he was appointed by Trump.

Trump appointed Christopher Wray, but he is disappointed now. The swamp has infiltrated at least half of government. In the case of Barr, they have intimidated someone who is fearful by nature. Barr is protective of Wray, and Wray is a disgrace who will enable the destruction of the republic.

Barr did not comment on the lawsuits initiated by Powell. If you ask him, he will say so. He merely commented on the limp-wristed effort that he and his assistants made toward the effort, an enterprise that looks inadequate as usual. Where is the work of his special investigator, Durham? Missing in action and dubious. It is hopelessly delayed because the Justice Department under Barr has no spine. They dare not cross the Antifa forces that want to dominate everything.

Powell's case before the courts has nothing to do with Barr, and Barr will gladly say so. He has a habitual capacity to make himself detached and irrelevant to the goals of his office. Where is Durham? Nowhere. Barr is not part of the Deep State, but he lacks the spine to do what is his duty. The republic will fall in less than four years largely thanks to the timid inaction of AG Barr, a victim of the Deep State. A pedantic coward. He serves himself; to hell with the citizens and the republic. He did not pursue the sins of Biden. He gives his tacet approval to save his corpulent neck. Typical bureaucrat.
