I cast the chart when I read your question:

As you are Messi's fan he is represented with 1st house ruler Mercury. His next job/team is represented with ruler of the 2nd sign of the 10th house and that is Moon. Moon has not unobstructed aspect with Mercury so it seams Messi will not change team!
