Solar return events

Dear All,

I would like to ask your help. I enclose my solar and natal chart.
The following events have happened to me so far this year.
From the beginning of April, I had several problems regarding my health. It began with sinusitis and tooth ache. I struggled with them till the middle of May. Then I had fever and digestive problems for several weeks.
Now, I am struggling with hypoglicemia.
I decided to quit my job at the end of August and I arranged everything by the middle of September.
In September I and my family had a small win on the lottery.

Can you see these events in my solar?

What else can you see that could happen to me this year?

This is more of a transits (outer events) or maybe secondary progression (more psychological events). Solar return doesn't speak in terms of 'in may my teeth hurt'..
