work place and transits

Hello,

Lately things have been very stressful at work. I applied for several jobs but nothing for now.
My work house is ruled by jupiter and now jupiter is in tr in my 12th house and it won't come out until next year
Also my 10th house ruler neptune is in transit in my 9th and it is rx.

What aspects should i take into consider to know when will i change this work place?
