The Sun is the ruler of the heart. Harsh aspects to it can be, but are not always suggestive of 'issues concerning the heart'. The planets concerned add their own functional value, either in natal or through long-term transit or progression.

The Sun and Leo cause problems with the heart. Your chart is not included and I can not post a Horary here but this looks like mild angina.

Foods that will help are soybean, sunflower seeds, bananas, grapefruit, lemon and red grapes.

Avoid all animal fats, dairy product and fried foods.

Soybean is bad for you whether you have heart problems or not.
That's the case in America

because

Over 90% of soy produced in the U.S. is genetically modified :smile:

and the crops are sprayed with the herbicide Roundup
which is associated with adverse effects on health

Depending on who you ask
it is either a wonderful superfood
or a hormone disrupting poison.
As with most things in nutrition, there are good arguments on both sides.
