Pluto conjuct pluto?

Pluto's daily motion is such that, during the general course of a lifetime it will not have moved more than 3 degrees from its natal position. Usually, the natal aspects it makes are traits one lives with throughout life.
A conjunction could only occur as a secondary progression state when change of motion from direct to retrograde or vice versa happens and Pluto reaches exactly the same degree/min. as at birth.
You could look up Pluto in ???? and what the difference is between direct and retrograde motion. That may provide insight into how one's focus
regarding a particular area/aspect of life altered at the time the progressed Pluto actually changed direction, and how this effects one's attitude as the conjunction is reached.

That's only true if you're talking about progressed Pluto. Transiting Pluto moves WAY more than 3 degrees from its natal position in a lifetime! But it doesn't come back to transit natal Pluto. That takes 248 years or so, and no one lives that long. So you can't have Pluto conjunct Pluto in a chart, unless it's a synastry chart between people the same age (they'll have natal Pluto in the same place), or a progressed chart on top of the original natal, or a mundane chart (countries usually live long enough to have Pluto returns, even if people don't).

So how to interpret this synastry aspect? (Assuming the OP asking for this to be the synastry aspect)

In and of itself, all it means is that they're about the same age. Everyone born within 2-3 years of you has Pluto conjunct your Pluto, but that doesn't mean the overall synastry is the same. So, all by itself, an outer planet conjunct someone else's outer planet means nothing.

Where it does become meaningful is if the Pluto conjunction is also part of a synastry aspect involving a personal planet. For example, let's say two people have Pluto conjunct Pluto (because they're the same age) and one of them also has Venus conjunct their own Pluto. The other person's Pluto is also conjunct their Venus. Now we have a Venus/Pluto dynamic in the mix.

Well I mostly agree but the house of this placement is important aswell like pluto in 7th house conjunct to pluto in 5th house, the will be very fun couple. So I think we shouldn't underestimate this placement too.

I do not agree, pluto conjunct pluto in synastry creates an understanding thats not there when they are not in conjunction. It may not be so obvious but its there nevertheless.

Thats why its a generational planet and thats why generations tend to get along among each other. :D

Yes, but since pluto also are in different houses that provides an extra flavor to the mix that I have found to be fascinating to observe if you care to look, you know.
