Soulmates can be defined differently. I generally think of Soulmates as souls who we are meant to learn lessons together, or through one another somehow & someway...whether it's your best friend, mother, father, or sister. It can also be a lover.

Are you on the outer or inner wheel?

I dont see you two becoming soul mates. Soul mates need strong jupiter interactions, stronger than a wide conjunction. Lol

This biwheel is a MESS! Too many aspect lines and orbs should be set down 70%.

But what's obvious and stands out immediately is the Sun conjunct Moon interaspect which is the top, binding soulmate interaspect in synastry.

MC/IC AC/DC angles conjunct is something you see quite a lot in married couples' charts as well.
