Since last weekend, the WikiLeaks founder and editor
Julian Assange has been locked out of his internet access by the Ecuadorian Embassy.
Since that time, WikiLeaks has issued a series of tweets
that have left Assange supporters wondering if they are a message for help.
One of those tweets concerned WikiLeaks updating the Stochastic Terminator algorithm
with the word “algorithm” misspelled as “algorithim.” :smile:

The tweets in question all have at least one spelling mistake
highly unusual for the organization
which is known for its 100 percent accuracy rate in its releases.
Assange, who often tweeted leaks himself, is known by his followers to have excellent spelling
so the mistakes stood out.

On Facebook,
one user screen-capped the Wikileaks tweets
and removed each letter that was incorrect.
The incorrect letters spelled out a message that could have come straight from a Hollywood thriller :smile:
HILP HIM, or “help him,” if you replace the “i” with an “e”.

Does this mean that WikiLeaks sent out a subtle call for help to assist in locating Julian?
Is it merely a coincidence that the incorrect letters in these tweets spell out a seeming S.O.S. message?
Followers of WikiLeaks have noticed a marked change in the tone and accuracy of the organization’s tweets
since Assange’s internet went dark last week, which has created speculation
that it has been taken over by the U.S. government or another state agency.

The Ecuadorian Embassy has refused to tell anyone who calls :smile:
whether or not Assange is alive or dead
which makes his fate all the more mysterious.

The DOJ, FBI, State Department, and Obama are corrupt at the top

a live video was released on YouTube showing Julian Assange speaking at the
“Conferencia Internacional De Software Libre.”
You could hear Assange speaking in the video
but it did not show actual video footage of him :smile:
However, when he spoke he did address his Internet being cut
so at the very least supporters say that this was filmed after that occurred.

Ecuador recently shuttered Assange's internet access
over concerns of accusations of interfering with the US elections.
Assange has since claimed that the US has attempted to hack WikiLeaks servers
to stop the flow of material published about the US presidential elections.
Assange, however, indicated that WikiLeaks is capable of fighting all attempts at silencing the foundation.
Meanwhile, WikiLeaks continues to publish data :smile:
relating to the Clinton campaign and the November 4 elections.
The whistleblowing platform's latest Podesta dump
has brought the total number of leaked cache to 21


Mr Assange apparently made a request
to attend the funeral of mentor and Wikileaks director Gavin MacFadyen

The reasons why the Ecuador Government
temporarily did what they did
remain controversial
but its decision no doubt made Julian Assange chuckle, then sigh.

American presidential election campaign is a global affair :smile:
whose outcome will have global consequences.
The point is that we are now living in times when democracy is no longer confined to state barracks.
Thanks to cross-border communication networks
elections in every country produce butterfly effects and feedback loops.
Local elections have gone global.
What happens in one country
can have grave consequences for other countries
