Read my chart

I am a Capricorn with Pisces rising. My Neptune is in the 10th house and Saturn is in the 12th and wanted to know if having a mutual reception between these two planets play a more significant role in my chart being that I'm heavily influenced by these two planets?

Also, would being a Pisces rising intensify the effects of 12th house Saturn? I'm having a major crisis with health issues and have basically been confined to my bed for the last few years.

On a side note, I have 4 planets including my sun in the 10th house all in the Sign of Capricorn. What could be said of this?

You didn't post your chart, but you cited some house and sign positions. I don't recommend that you make important decisions based on such simplified metrics. I will not make important decisions based on such simplified metrics.
